At Infinite One, we wanted to build a stand-alone dining space that would serve some really good food at affordable prices in a setting that would be designed around the guests it would cater to.
Grill Ministri was the result of that belief.
Grill Ministri, is a stand alone fine dining north Indian restaurant, serving vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies derived from the northern and northwestern parts of India.
Right from the moment you step in, to what you see first, to how the dining tables are configured, to how you are being served, to the lighting and the mood, to the music and the food, everything has been designed around your comfort and joy.
The 2600 square feet of space that houses the Ministri, battles the Chennai heat by air conditioning the area at 22 degree Celsius while you enjoy the food under lighting set up by India’s top electric company, and just in case your phone has lost juice, we have equipped your dining space with ample charging points as well.
We have washrooms appointed by an organization over 120 years old, cleaning equipment from Germany and a team of experts to work with them constantly.
On the culinary side, our team of chefs has cultivated its expertise for many years before joining us proudly, here at the Ministri.
So be rest assured, you will be served the finest of recipes using the purest of ingredients in a setting, that is a departure from the conventional form of fine dining, and more towards an artful indulgence into culinary excellence.
